About our online service:
1) You can order packets prepaid to pick up at our store, or we can mail or ship them to you for an additional fee.
2) Orders received before noon will be ready to be picked up the next morning at Mr. Kopy. Orders placed after noon, will be ready the 2nd day following, in the morning. (i.e. received 1 pm Monday will be ready 8 am Wednesday).
3) All pickup orders will be at our FULL SERVICE COUNTER. No need to wait in the Student Packet line. You will however, be required to show us a valid ID matching the name used to place the order online.
4) Orders to be mailed or shipped via the "ground" option will normally be sent within 24 hours (excluding week-ends and Holidays) and are usually delivered within 2 days after that, depending on your location.

OR THEY ARE SUBJECT TO BEING RESTOCKED AND SOLD. THAT MAY REQUIRE YOU TO RETURN AT A LATER DATE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER.
